Somasekhar Uragayala
With three decades of experience, he is the founder of SVAS Designs. A Chartered Architectural Engineer by practice, he is a distinguished expert in building construction, structural design, and project execution. Holding MCT and TUDA licenses, he is a government-registered valuer, ensuring compliance, precision, and excellence in every project.
His expertise extends across residential, commercial, and infrastructural developments.
Rajitha Kumari
With 25 years of experience in the building industry, she is the co-founder of SVAS Designs.
In addition to residential planning and interior design, she plays a pivotal role in managing SVAS Designs' operations, overseeing office administration, and streamlining project workflows.
Rajitha is also instrumental in navigating regulatory approvals, assisting clients in acquiring necessary permissions and clearances for their projects.
Meghana Roy
With a Master’s degree in Sustainable Architecture and COA registered Architect, she is a young addition to SVAS Designs, bringing fresh perspectives and modern trends to the firm. Passionate about environmentally conscious design, she seamlessly integrates sustainability with contemporary aesthetics.
Recognized as the Promising Architect of 2025, Andhra Pradesh by Design Awards, Meghana runs her own practice, ROY Architects, in addition to her collaboration with SVAS Designs.
